Drama based training for the military

Bullying & Harassment Training

Behaviour-focused bullying and harassment training that helps organisations recognise harmful patterns, respond appropriately and build safer, more respectful workplace cultures, grounded in real situations, not tick-box compliance.

Our bullying and harassment training supports organisations to address difficult behaviours thoughtfully and constructively. We focus on how bullying and harassment show up in everyday interactions, and how people can respond, intervene and lead change with confidence and care.

Trusted by organisations navigating sensitive workplace issues

We’ve supported organisations across sectors to address bullying, harassment and unacceptable behaviour in ways that are fair, practical and grounded in real experience - particularly where trust, safety and culture matter.

“The relevant role play was an innovative way of helping us think about the concepts in a domain we can relate to.”

When behaviour crosses the line and no one is quite sure what to do

Most organisations have policies on bullying and harassment. Many are clear on what is unacceptable in practice, however, harmful behaviour often shows up in subtle, repeated or normalised ways - making it harder to name, challenge or address.

Teams and leaders may:

  • be unsure whether behaviour constitutes bullying or harassment

  • minimise issues to avoid escalation

  • feel uncomfortable raising concerns

  • lack confidence responding consistently or fairly

  • Feel as though it isn’t their place to step in and report behaviour if the reciprocant hasn’t reported it.

The challenge isn’t awareness alone, it’s:

How do we help people recognise harmful behaviour early, respond appropriately, and contribute to a safer working environment?

Our approach: behaviour-led, facilitated, and psychologically safe

We don’t deliver bullying and harassment training as a list of rules or definitions. Our approach uses drama-based, scenario-led learning to explore behaviour, impact and responsibility in the real-world.

Participants are supported to:

  • observe realistic workplace scenarios

  • explore impact without personal accusation

  • reflect on roles, responsibilities and responses

  • practise constructive ways of intervening or addressing behaviour

This approach:

Facilitator lead bullying and harassment training

"The training we received was first class.  It was pitched perfectly for the audience and from the start everyone was put at ease which allowed the discussion/break out rooms to flow. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed the session and gained a lot from it"

"Garnett Interactive turn traditional learning approaches on their head: rather than starting with the theory and trying to apply it, participants are plunged head-first into a real-life situation and need to think their way around it. This was key to delivering the culture change we are aiming for."
