The Royal Navy
“The Royal Navy worked with the Garnett Foundation to update and improve our Diversity and Inclusion Training package. At all times they provided a professional and supportive service. The team at TGF are proactive in their approach, being experts in the field of D&I they were able to provide a high level of support during this collaboration process, resulting in the creation of a new and innovative training package.”

Using the distinct objectives provided, we were required to design a bespoke programme to support the workings and teachings of Defence Support, Strategic Command at Shrivenham. This course specifically explored how MOD trainers could manage their classrooms in an inclusive way.

“The training was based of real evidence and was portrayed in an effective manner. This allowed the group to discuss the elements of the training as we progressed through the course. Unlike online training we were able to interact with the trainer to gain a much better understanding.”
Cheltenham Borough Homes
"CBH were delighted with the full staff awareness raising sessions conducted by the Garnett Foundation on Equality and Diversity. The test has to be that the format is one which staff have clearly both enjoyed and remembered. The enthusiasm of the actors and the ability to interact is an excellent combination to “making it real”. We look forward to working together again.”

We designed a roadshow of events to travel around the country. Informed by our detailed research, each set of workshops was tailored to reflect organisation-wide issues, as well as those specific to each location including staff feeling valued, training needs and customer interaction.
Southend Borough Council
We were able to identify, in a collaborative way, the behaviours and language that promotes positive and inclusive working cultures, optimising strategic and operational management. Participants understood their inclusive leadership responsibility in role modelling appropriate behaviour and setting standards. They were able to reflect on their own behaviours, as well as their response to the behaviour of others, promoting team cohesion and effective working.
