Andy Garnett founded The Garnett Foundation in 1994, and has more than 30 years’ experience in advising on leadership, management and organisational change. Andy is involved in a variety of charity and community based organisations.    Andy took inspiration from his uncle John Garnett CBE, who in 1962 was appointed Director of The Industrial Society. Both Andy and Moya worked at the organisation for ten years. See Our Roots for more info

Moya Winter has been involved in learning and development for many years, and is also a marketing and fundraising professional. Her expertise involve working across all sectors including multi-agency partnerships on funding projects and training programmes. Her fundraising and membership work included schemes for a variety of local, national and international charities.

Mark Abraham OBE, Head of Consultancy. He is a former Brigadier and Chief Operating Officer in the British Army and had previously been the head of employment, diversity and inclusion. His successful senior leadership experience is in mainstream strategic, operational and organisational leadership allied to people, cultural change, inclusive leadership and diversity.
