The award-winning Garnett Foundation was established in 1994. Our unique approach is designed to unlock talent and release staff potential - the key to transforming both individual and organisational performance.

With a proven record and established reputation, The Garnett Foundation offers a wealth of skills and business expertise. Our founding partners have a background in learning and development sharing 30 years experience, 20 years were spent at The Industrial Society - the largest national training organisation (since evolved into the Work Foundation). The Garnett Foundation team has a broad range of experience from a diverse range of organisations across all sectors.

We build close partnerships with our clients which form the foundation of our success and provide clients with on-going access to professional advice and strategic input.

Our organisation has strong values and a positive ethos. Our investment in talented staff has meant that we consistently meet our own company objectives and secured Investors in People recognition in 2004. As an innovative training organisation we continue to develop and are now expanding into European markets.

Our aim is to go one step further than satisfying client objectives, our goal is to surpass expectations and provide a thought-provoking experience designed to energise and inspire our clients.

• The CBI recently recognised organisations for the best people in management and awarded the Human Capital award to our work with Arriva plc for most 'Innovative Way of Working'
• Our diversity events including our new production 'The Leap' won the PPMA (Public Sector People Managers' Association) gold level award for long term sustainable improvement in the diversity performance of an organisation.
• Our work with ACPOA won the parking industry 'Oscar'. As well as winning the individual Innovation category it also won the 'Overall Winners award'. In the opinion of the judges this work represents the 'single most outstanding example of excellence in the UK parking industry'.
