Industrial Society 100th Anniversary

This celebratory event was attended by over 170 people who worked at the Industrial Society spanning four decades!!!   Being back in Peter Runge House (now Prince Phillip House) only made the event more nostalgic and to be honest, emotional!!  This coupled with so many passionate people recalling stories and renewing old acquaintances, all contributed to making the night a very special one.   Many thanks to Dame Julia Cleverdon, Sir Terry Morgan, Liz Formby and Julian Duxfield who spoke of what the Industrial Society meant to them and how it shaped and influenced their lives moving forward.

Following this celebratory event, we have attached two links below which will take you to YouTube.

One features photos of people who attended the event

The second is a presentation montage used during the event

Whilst being directed to this page, you will also have been asked to complete a survey of how you would like to be contacted/kept up to date with people and events.    Please find time to complete and send it.

Finally many thanks to our sponsors and all those who made the evening possible.

We hope you enjoy the memories!!
