Pitney Bowes is in the ‘improving mail performance’ business which includes providing hardware like franking machines. It is a company driven by core values, where their employees demonstrate a commitment to their customers and their community in every facet of their operation.
To support their core values, The Garnett Foundation worked with Pitney Bowes to research, design and deliver a bespoke diversity and inclusion training programme for managers and supervisors. The programme was initially delivered in the UK and was then translated and adapted for training Pitney Bowes personnel in France and Germany.
It was very important to accurately reflect the culture and language nuances of each European country and therefore using our connections, we selected teams from within both countries where the training was delivered.
