Corporate citizenship is fundamental to Accenture’s character and the way it runs the company and is reflected by its people who live and work in communities around the world.
The global Corporate Social Responsibly team attended events to build understanding on the perspectives and motivations for supporting the Corporate Citizenship agenda. Participants practised overcoming barriers, how to articulate key messages and interactions to secure ‘buy-in’ for senior executives, reflecting the different culture norms of the team. Dealing with difficult situations constructively and useful tools to develop confidence levels were also included.
