Our enthusiasm for the diversity and inclusion agenda started in 1994. Since then, we have proudly transformed how the defence and military sector promote positive and inclusive workplace culture. Our immersion in the defence sector has provided us with a wealth of understanding and knowledge in the different environments, challenges and lived experiences of personnel across the military, civilian and contractor services.
